Consultation Services

 are available to organizations and work groups that want to avoid destructive competition, improve team efforts and build a common identity. Consultation services are tailored to the specific needs and desires of the organization or business. Consultation services are also available to enhance employee-customer relations. Programs to improve employee-customer relations include teaching employees to manage emotional reactions and management skills that model respectful behavior.

Workshops and Experiential Learning Opportunities

2 hour to 2 day training modules are available on a number of topics related to human relations and mental health.

    Topics Include:

  1. Adolescence- the transition from childhood to adulthood.
  2. Child Development- guiding your child from infant obedience to independent thinking.
  3. Communication Skills- identifying the content, emotions and behaviors that lead to effective communication.
  4. Dreams- what is known about dreaming and how dreams can be used to deepen self understanding.
  5. Moral Reasoning- how men and women develop moral reasoning as well as what to expect as a person grows up.
  6. Skills for Parents- looking at various models used by parents and the outcomes that result.
